Teen Review– The Killing Joke

The Killing Joke by Alan Moore & Brian Bolland. There are some comics hailed as truly game changing, and The Killing Joke is one of them. The story finally gives a backstory for the mysterious Joker. The story centers on Batman trying to find the Joker after he escapes from the Arkham Asylum. Both he and the readers discover Joker’s      horrible spree of crime and realize how much he revels in the suffering of others. That, along with the unexpected ending lend to showing that high praise of this book is very much deserved
